Ανάπλαση Παραδοσιακού Πυρήνα στην Συνοικία Αναβαργού και της Νότιας Περιοχής του Εμπορικού Παραδοσιακού Κέντρου Πάφου – Redevelopment of the Traditional Core in the Anavargos Area and of the Southern Area of the Paphos Traditional Trade Center

Στις 30/5/2022 υπογράφηκε συμφωνία μεταξύ του Δήμαρχου Πάφου Φ. Φαίδωνος, εκ μέρους του Δήμου Πάφου  και της εταιρείας MILTIADES NEOPHYTOU C.E.C. & D. για το ποσό των €6.172.000 + ΦΠΑ για τις εργασίες (1) την Ανάπλαση του Παραδοσιακού Πυρήνα στην Συνοικία Αναβαργού και (2) την Ανάπλαση της Νότιας Περιοχής του Εμπορικού Παραδοσιακού Κέντρου Πάφου.

Οι εργασίες περιλαμβάνουν σε γενικές γραμμές την κατεδάφιση υφιστάμενων οδοστρωμάτων και την κατασκευή νέων πλακόστρωτων, συντήρηση και αποκατάσταση τοίχων, υπογειοποιήσεις υπηρεσιών, ηλεκτρολογικές εργασίες, φύτευση, κλπ 

On 30/5/2022 an agreement was signed between the Mayor of Pafos, Ph. Phaedonos, on behalf of the Municipality of Pafos and the company MILTIADES NEOPHYTOU C. E. C. & D. for the amount of €6.172.000 + VAT, for (1) the Redevelopment of the Traditional Core in the Anavargos Area and (2) the Redevelopment of the Southern Area of Paphos Traditional Trade Center.

The works generally include the demolition of existing road pavements and the construction of new road pavings, maintenance and restoration of walls, undergrounding of services, electrical works, planting, etc.
