Redevelopment of streets and Disabled Facility in Larnaka Urban Centre – Phase B

Στις 9/9/2024 υπογράφηκε συμφωνία μεταξύ του Δήμου Λάρνακας και της εταιρείας MILTIADES NEOPHYTOU C.E.C. & D. για το ποσό των €6.872.200 για το έργο  Ανάπλαση Οδών και Διευκόλυνση ΑΜΕΑ στο Αστικό Κέντρο Λάρνακας – Φάση Β.

Οι εργασίες αφορούν ανάπλαση των δρόμων στο Αστικό Κέντρο της Λάρνακας και συγκεκριμένα στις οδούς Ερμού, Ζήνωνος Κιτιέως, Δημήτρη Δημητρίου, Νικολάου Ρώσσου, Κοσμά Λυσιώτη, Γαλιλαίου, Ευρυβιάδου, Φίλιου Ζανέττου, Ευανθίας Πιερίδου, Δημήτρη Μιτσή, Κωστή Σάββα και Νικολάου Λανίτη, οι οποίες περιλαμβάνουν σε γενικές γραμμές την κατασκευή νέων δαπεδοστρώσεων, πλατειών, πεζοδρόμων, χώρων πρασίνου, σιντριβανιού, σύμφωνα με τα σχέδια, καθώς επίσης εκσκαφές για όλες τις υπόγειες εργασίες των Ηλεκτρολογικών Εγκαταστάσεων και των δικτύων των Υπηρεσιών Κοινής Ωφελείας (CYTA, Α.Η.Κ., ΣΥΛ, ΣΑΛ, κ.α.).  


On 9/9/2024 an agreement was signed between Larnaka Municipality and MILTIADES NEOPHYTOU C.E.C. & D. for the amount of €6.872.200 for the project Redevelopment of streets and Disabled Facility in the Larnaca Urban Centre – Phase B.

The works include the renovation of the streets in the Urban Centre of Larnaka and specifically in the streets of Ermou, Zenonos Kitieos, Dimitris Demetriou, Nikolaos Rossou, Kosmas Lyssiotis, Galileo, Evriviadou, Filios Zanettou, Evanthia Pieridou, Dimitris Mitsis, Kostis Savva and Nikolaos Lanitis, which generally include the construction of new flooring, squares, pedestrian walkways, green areas, fountain, according to the contract drawings, as well as excavations for all underground works of the Electrical Installations and the networks of Public Utilities (CYTA, EAC, Waterboard, etc.).
